IMPORTANT NOTE: IF THE SERVICES DO TRANSFER AWAY, EARLY TERMINATION FEES WILL APPLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR SIGNED APPLICATION AND SIGNED TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU HAVE OTHER SERVICES STILL ACTIVE WITH NEXGEN ASIDE FROM THE NUMBERS YOU ARE TRANSFERRING, E.G INTERNET, PSTN LINES, ETC, YOU WILL CONTINUE TO BE BILLED FOR THESE SERVICES UNTIL YOU EITHER PORT AWAY OR ADVISE US TO DISCONNECT THESE SERVICES. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE REQUIRE 30 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE TO CANCEL A SERVICE. EARLY TERMINATION FEES WILL APPLY IF THESE SERVICES ARE STILL IN CONTRACT.
PORT OUT FEES APPLY AND WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT. THESE FEES WILL BE APPLIED ONCE YOUR SERVICES HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED TO YOUR NEW PROVIDER.
